Lawn and Land Care Out of Brazoria, Texas

Mowing is where it starts. The tractor is why the jobs keep getting bigger — acreage, overgrown fields, and lots that need clearing before anything else can happen on them.

Several of the Google reviews name Mark directly, which tells you most of what you need to know about how this runs: the owner is the one on the seat.

Destiny Nichols: “Mark was awesome with taking care of my over grown lawn. He was professional, understanding, and extremely helpful!” Norman Hunt: “Mark did an amazing job and was very polite and professional..”

Cory Winscott has his lawn done every two weeks and calls Mark “very responsive”. Jeremey Jones booked a mow and had a pad cleared at the same visit. Allen Finch came over after his own mower died and says the work was “amazing” and “super affordable”.

What We Actually Do

One List, Two Machines

The zero-turn handles lawns: a single cut when you want one, or a standing schedule. The compact tractor handles everything past that — a rotary cutter and a batwing for acreage and overgrown fields, and a grapple and pallet forks for the clearing work that comes with them.

Around the edges sits the tidy-up: overgrown lawns brought back under control, edges cut straight along drives and walks, and landscape beds and rock borders kept clean.

That is the list. We do not run fertiliser or weed-control programmes, we do not do irrigation or pest control, we do not build hardscape, and we do not take down standing trees. If a tree is already on the ground we can move it and haul the mess off — that is clearing, not tree work.
